Neither. You pay for each month up front and can change plan or cancel whenever you like from your account. No exit fees, no credit check.

Yes. Pick a new plan in your account under Plan. It starts at your next renewal, at the new price, and you can undo it before then.

In your account under Plan, choose Cancel plan. Your line keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for, and you can change your mind any time before then. You also have a 14-day cooling-off period after joining.

Yes: unlimited data for personal use in the UK, including hotspotting, under our fair use policy. It is not for reselling or running a business connection.

GetOnIt is eSIM only, so your phone needs to support eSIM and be unlocked. Most phones from the last few years do. Quick check: dial *#06#, and if you see an EID, you are good to go.

After you pay, we email your eSIM with a QR code. Scan it in your phone's settings and you are connected: no SIM card, no post, no shop. It is also in your account if you need it again.

No. GetOnIt is eSIM only, which is why you can be up and running in minutes. Changing phone? Request a fresh eSIM in your account; your number and plan stay the same.

Yes. Text PAC to 65075 from your current phone to get a PAC code, then enter your number, the code and a switch date in your account under Number. We handle the rest.

GetOnIt covers the UK on 4G, with 5G where it is available. Calls, texts and data all work across the network.

Yes, in 37 EU destinations at no extra cost. Roaming data comes out of your monthly allowance: up to 5GB on Lurk and 20GB on Vibe and Main Character. Outside those destinations your line will not connect, so you can never run up a surprise bill.

Always. Calls to 999 and 112 are free and work even if your plan has ended or you have no signal from our network.

With your email. Enter the address you joined with and we send you a six-digit code. There is no password to forget.
