Prices and roaming

Prices include VAT at 20%. Plans are prepaid monthly with no minimum term: you pay for a month up front, it starts the day your eSIM goes live, and it renews on that date each month until you cancel. There is no setup fee and no charge for your eSIM.

Every plan can be used in the destinations below. Roaming data comes out of your monthly allowance — it is not extra — up to the EU roaming limit of your plan. There is no daily fee.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guiana, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guadeloupe, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Vatican City.

GetOnIt does not roam anywhere else, including Switzerland, the USA and Turkey: your phone will not connect on your GetOnIt line there, so you cannot be charged. For those trips, use a travel eSIM alongside your GetOnIt line.

Calls and texts included in your plan are to UK numbers. Calling or texting a number in another country from the UK is not available on GetOnIt, so it can never add a charge. Calls to 999 and 112 always work — see emergency calls.

There are none. Changing plan, cancelling, getting a PAC, moving your number in, and getting a new eSIM for a new phone are all free. We do not charge late-payment fees or for paper bills (we do not send them — receipts are in your account).

Main Character is unlimited for personal use in the UK, under our fair use policy.
